About this property

All new inside and outside. Detached garage, room for RV or boat. Huge deck with grill, outdoor table and chairs. Very private, fully fenced backyard with two beautiful Oak trees for shade. For those staying longer, opportunity to garden. Brand new appliances, with washer and dryer. All towels, bedding, dishes, pots /pans, small appliances and furniture are brand new.
Putt Putt golf on property. Near Pinellas Bike Trail. Walk to beach in downtown Gulfport. Restaurants, shops, library, parks, kayak launch. Not far from Downtown St. Petersburg. Easy bike ride to downtown St. Petersburg on Pinellas Bike Trail.
New air conditioning/heat mini-splits in each room. Wi-Fi available. Television. We look forward to hosting your stay. We prefer to rent for the season with adjustments available for rent.

Great accommodations in Gulfport

My wife and I spent a month in the Gulfport Sun and Moon house. Everything was perfect. Jan and Phyliss are great hosts...very responsive and friendly. We really enjoyed meeting them. The house is very clean, comfortable, well maintianed, and well stocked with all of the essentials. The outdoor space was also very nice... great yard with privacy fence and spacious deck with patio table and chairs. We will certainly stay again on our next visit to St. Pete.
