Beautifully, well maintained, complex is nestled at the base of the mountain and the Indian Canyon. Hiking trails, horseback riding are a short walk or bike ride away. Or you can choose to walk or bike through the quiet and beautifully landscaped million dollar neighborhoods of the Mesa, the Indian Canyon, Twin Palms or Deepwell. This complex, Canyon Country Club Estados, boasts multiple tennis courts, pools and hot tubs, a club house, gym, library, and game room. A 3 min drive to Downtown.
The space
Beautiful views of the mountain from the patio make it an ideal place to relax and enjoy the sunset, It features newer fridge, stove microwave & dishwasher, two master suites make it ideal for roommates. Jacuzzi right outside the unit and heated pool just steps away, Tennis Courts, fitness center, BBQ grills & laundry on site. The Condo comfortably sleeps 4.
includes WIFI, electricity up to $200. Small dogs ok with deposit. 1 reserved covered parking space. Plenty of guest parking
