The property spans three-story, promising ample space for leisure and privacy. The two bedrooms on the second floor serve as tranquil retreats complete with comfortable beds, Smart TVs, ensuites bathrooms, and a balcony attached to the first that oversees the reviving urban scenes. Bask in the morning sun or enjoy an evening aperitif when the city lights up for the night, creating a spectacle of colors.

In our chef's dream kitchen, you'll find sleek counters and the latest stainless steel appliances. Whether brewing a morning coffee or assembling a grand dinner, everything required is provided. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats six, making for an excellent setting for meals or spirited game nights.
