About this property
"Whatever makes you happy, you put in your world."-Bob Ross
Nestled in the rural hillside, relish the beauty of sunsets & sunrises dotted with happy little clouds as you sip coffee on the wraparound porch of this tiny house, warmed by the propane fire pit. Create your own masterpiece with complete set of "Joy of Painting" DVDs, easel, complimentary canvas & art supplies. Even if you've never painted before, the sweeping countryside vista from every vantage point will inspire your inner artist.
My absolute favorite thing to do here is to open the double doors in front of the bed and snuggle in blankets while sipping coffee and taking in the panoramic view of the countryside--all the rolling hills, the valley, the birds, the farmland, and the Strait of Juan de Fuca. It's about as tranquil as it gets.
We named this tiny house the Bob Ross cabin because someone remarked how much it looks like a Bob Ross painting--no matter which direction you look. Stocked with the complete DVD collection of his show "The Joy of Painting," as well as an easel, complimentary watercolors, acrylics, brushes, smocks and more.
As far as amenities go, there is a gas grill outside and hot-plate inside for cooking, as well as a microwave, minifridge, and coffee maker. There is only a toilet inside the bathroom, and the outdoor shower is one of the standout features of peoples' experience. Wood panels, wood floors, with books and a 55" HDTV with all the streaming services logged in.
You get the whole house to yourself. There is private, free parking. Personal transportation is a must as the nearest bus stop is miles away and we don't really have Ubers here, although there are a couple taxi services.
I am available by text or phone call for any questions you might have, and if anything is ever needed, we are not too far away.
Located in rural Sequim on the hillside. As you make your way up the dirt road, you are met with weeping Cedars & Spruces. In the driveway is a cascading waterfall fountain, adding to the overall tranquility of this remote space. The houses on the path are spread far apart, and it feels like your own private slice of heaven.
