About this property

Enjoy the pristine golf & lagoon views from the back deck. The deck happens to overlook the 10th fairway on the Fazio course. This villa is so open and airy! It features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom offers a king sized bed and smart TV with the upstairs guest room having a queen-sized bed and twin trundle bed. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the loft. The spacious living area includes an HD TV's and a full size kitchen/dining area that opens to the deck. Take an easy walk or bike ride to the beach, tennis, golf courses and any of the many amenities offered at the beautiful Palmetto Dunes Resort. The loft also includes an entertainment area with free wifi access. We are fur baby friendly. There is a non-refundable pet deposit with a 2 dog max.

Quaint & Charming

As advertised, this home is tucked away amongst Turnberry Village. Backed up on a pond full of turtles and other critters as well as a golf course, it's a relaxing locale for whatever your plans are on the island. Place was clean and well kept. Pull out bed was a bit uncomfortable but this is to be expected for the most part. Would stay again!

SCAD Get Away

I came from Ohio with our dog to meet my daughter who is at SCAD for a week on Hilton Head. The property is beautiful and comfortable -- short walk to the beach or private beach parking available! Home was clean and comfortable with great cozy design choices. Park area right out the front door provided easy dog walking, but if you want something more extensive, the paved trail system throughout the community is perfect. Communication with property manager was a breeze. Can't say enough good things. Highly recommend. You won't be disappointed. Will be booking again when we visit Hilton Head.
