Everything we had imagined. Perfect for a couple. Great location. You get a senic view from the location, it's near hiking trails, and close enough to downtown Sedona that it was just a nice walk.

The one bedroom condo was clean, spacious and the view was spectacular. Breakfast on the patio with coffee with a beautiful view of the red rocks was wonderful. Covered parking is provided and is a nice amenity. A washer and dryer are provided along with detergent. There are upgraded appliances, a coffee maker, and a Keurig. There is a grill on site. The condo was within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed walking the trail right next to the property. The host was always available to consult with if we had questions. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are returning again for a week this year and for an additional three weeks next year.

Great view and very beautiful layout. I would recommend sound proofing the upstairs floors. Other than that the location and the views were perfect! We would go back and plan to!
