False Advertising

While our hotel room was fantastic, the listing stated free parking in bold letters which was not the case. When you read the details it states that the hotel had valet but did not say it was required valet. My husband and I rented a car so we could go do whatever we wanted thinking we did not have to pay to park. When we arrived at the hotel the valet worker stated they only have valet and no self parking. When I read the details it also said it was 50 but that is not the case. The hotel itself was great and the staff was amazing but the advising for this was false information. I also messaged the host 2 separate times asking questions about the property with no response.
Stayed 1 night in Mar 2025
