The open-concept layout of the house provides a seamless flow between the living room, dining area, and kitchen, making entertaining easy and fun. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals.
Two inviting bedrooms and two bathrooms are in the main house upstairs and provide a peaceful space for rest and relaxation. The 3rd bedroom is downstairs & separated from the main house with it's own private entrance. Step inside & you will find 3 comfortable twin beds with a private bathroom. This space is an add-on & the beams have been treated to repel moisture. There's ample room to spread out and unwind, creating the perfect balance between personal space and closeness that creates memories.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck while watching the sunrise over the bay. Feel the gentle breeze on your skin and watch the world come to life while connecting with nature. Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please clean the BBQ (remove any food/ashes) if you used it. Our cleaner charges an extra $50 if she has to clean it.
Before Departing - Please turn up the AC to 76 in the summer; Turn the heat down to 68 in the winter
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
