Need owner’s care and attention

We were pleased with our stay in the home. However, As a future Vrbo user, I would like to make the owner aware of some issue happening with the home that maybe overlooked by the property manager. Could not go out in the once beautiful backyard because the grass was over grown. Bedroom two have a termite or ant hill starting to build on floor on the window side, one of the bar stool is dangerously loose and toilet in hall bathroom has flushing issues and master bathroom shower tiles can use some maintenance. I would stay again, home and neighborhood is ok.

Close to Hard Rock Stadium

We choose this property location to agent the Miami Open at the Hard Rock stadium. It was close and easy to get to from the house. We had some issues with the air conditioning and refrigerator, which were fixed in the first couple of days. The hot tub was dirty but was eventually cleaned and filled. We used it one. The owner was very kind and communicated well through the whole whole stay.

Not a nice neighborhood to stay in

The inside of the property is really nice. The accommodations worked great for our group. The neighborhood was not very nice. Everyone had gated driveways and houses. We had a trailer and we woke up to it being broken into and our belingings gone through. To the best of oyr knowledge nothing was stolen however coming to stay a property safety is of our upmost priority. Very upsetting to all of the parties involved. And we had 3 different ones all coming together for our vacation.
