Beautiful, newly renovated, 3rd floor, coastal condo in the heart of Wildwood Crest. This building is available for short term rentals all year long! Park your car and walk to all the best destinations! Located across the street from the Wildwood Crest bike path and beach entrance, with an ocean and pool view. Centrally located near bike rentals, tennis, pickle ball and basketball courts, playground, free concert venue, splash pad, public library, arts pavilion, restaurants, bars and the world famous Wildwood Boardwalk. Enjoy a delicious breakfast at Birdie’s Cafe located just across the street from the Cape Cod Inn.

The Crest is close to it all! No need to move your car once you’re here. Walk or bike to all the nearest hot spots. We are situated just across Ocean Ave from the bike path and beach entrance. Take this path in either direction and you will find great parks, baseball fields, basketball, pickle ball, tennis courts, a splash pad for the kiddos, bike/surrey rentals, free public library and even small cafes serving breakfast, lunch and ice cream! We are 3 blocks away from Centennial Park, which hosts free concerts every Saturday night throughout the summer. The bike path will also lead you straight to the world famous Wildwood Boardwalk where there is truly something for everyone . . . even a FREE fireworks display every Friday night throughout the summer!

Whether you visit North Wildwood, Wildwood, West Wildwood, The Crest, or Lower Township, you will find amazing restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, breakfast places, shops and more! This island is “shore” to please! Thinking of attending an upcoming event in the off season? No problem! This rental unit is available YEAR ROUND!

We are also a short drive to Cape May where you can enjoy a wonderful day of shopping at the Washington Street Mall, take a tour of the Cape May Lighthouse or enjoy an open air horse and carriage ride that will take you to see some of the oldest, most beautiful Victorian houses along the beach. Be sure to make time to dine in one of their many amazing restaurants such as the Lobster House!

There are many ways to get to and from your destination in the Crest. While there are plenty of sites to see within walking or biking distance, you can also grab a taxi cab, Uber or an open-air trolley! We are also just a short car ride to some of the other amazing shore towns including Avalon, Stone Harbor, Sea Isle City and of course Atlantic City!

The property was delightful in every way!

Everything about the stay was perfect! It's a beautiful property - clean, modern and comfortable. The decor was top-of-the-line and so inviting. We especially enjoyed the pool. The owners care for their guests is obvious by the many little things: coffee with cream, snack bars, toiletries, etc., down to the inviting throw placed on the bed. I don't have a single complaint and would happily stay there again.

Nice condo at the Jersey Shore!

Spent 6 nights in this unit while visiting family in the Crest. It was a nice place to stay and the bed was very comfortable. Communication with the owner was very easy and they accommodated our need to stay extra nights easily. Much appreciated. Would book again if needed. (gave 'winery experience' a low score as I have no idea what that refers to as there was nothing like this provided, nor was it needed. Why isn't there a 'N/A' choice?)

"Look for the Lighthouse"

The property is as advertised: beach themed, newly renovated, clean and very cozy. If you're only familiar with the Jersey shore in the summer, March is an altogether 180⁰ experience. Not much open, very quiet. Cape May is less than 10 minutes away. My GPS kept taking me to the wrong place, and they all look very similar in this part of town. Look for the lighthouse. My GPS

My husband, two boys and I live in Woolwich Township, NJ. We love being down the shore, going on my families boat and to the beach. It has been our dream to own a vacation rental at the Jersey shore. We are excited to share our happy place with you!

Why they chose this property

I have been coming to the shore my whole life. My family bought a condo on the bay in the Crest in 1999. Before that we were in a campground from the time I was about 6 years old. I have always loved the beach and I’m happy to be able to look out our windows at Cocktails & Dreams and see the ocean! It’s a wonderful location and my whole family loves how close it is to everything. There is truly something for everyone here!

What makes this property unique

At Cocktails & Dreams #307 we have paid very close attention to detail. From comfortable bedding to a welcoming, fully stocked coffee bar…we are ready to host our guests. Our kitchen is equipped with every kitchen tool a great chef might need, we have plenty of towels and complimentary toiletries in the bathroom, as well as a hair dryer, first aid kit and extra toilet paper. In the bedroom you’ll find a large armoire for storing your clothing, an iron and ironing board, a large dressing mirror and a 32 inch tv. We have all brand new furniture, including a comfy, queen sofa bed. We take pride in knowing that your accommodations are extremely clean and comfortable.
