This is a studio like apartment perfect for a traveling professional or individuals that need an economic alternative to a hotel. Booking includes private bath, kitchenette, and two bedrooms, a sitting area with a smart TV and a computer desk. It is in a great neighborhood and within 1 mile of multiple eateries, grocery stores and shops. 5 minutes to downtown and 10 minutes from a major airport. We recommend two individuals but can sleep up to four people.

Experience

Overall our time here was very nice besides there is no door between the entrance way and the upstairs so you can hear the neighbors down below plus the heat escapes. Also under the beds have never been cleaned, there is a bunch of dust along with trash. Other than that it was worth it for what we paid.

Overall good place to stay in

Stayed with my wife and child. The owner is wonderful person. If I needed something, he delivered. I rated it 4/5 just because of shower floor wall was low making water escape

Visiting NH

Wayne is a super person to work with! The place was great for us for a great price. I didn't know that this place was on the 2nd floor until after I paid for it online. Maybe I missed something in the ad. It's our first VRBO experience, so I couldn't tell if my payment went through or not and I wasn't sure of the process. Wayne was great at communicating with us. It's really close to the schools on Jewett Street, so there's early morning traffic and after school traffic. I would definitely recommend any property Wayne may own.
