Welcome to your oceanfront home away from home on Minot Beach. Enjoy the open floor plan, chef's kitchen, cathedral ceilings, and endless views. If you want to eat outside, you have a wrap-around deck with plenty of seating for family or friends. You will enjoy water views from every window. Witness the sunrise with the crashing ocean waves from the rear deck and then catch the sunset over the calming pond under the Edison lights from the front deck. Please note that this is a seasonal rental and there is no heat at the property. We have a fireplace but that is the only source of heat. We close the rental at the end of October but with New England weather, we cannot predict nor guaruntee the temperatures leading up to that date and want to advise guests of this.
