Born on the south shore of MA with college stops in Rhode Island and Ohio. Work and life stops on the West Coast, NYC, and NJ. When it came time to settle down and focus on family the obvious choice for us was to come back to the south shore, where we've now been for over 20 years.
Why they chose this property
Having lived in the area for so long we know our favorite towns and our favorite neighborhoods within those towns. We've looked in this neighborhood for years and knew as soon as we walked onto the deck and saw the waves coming in that this was THE place. Great neighbors, great location and the ability to have "toes in the water" in minutes made our decision a no brainer.
What makes this property unique
Having a home on 3rd cliff is ideal. Fantastic views without the constant worry of what the tides are doing. You can get into your car and in less then five minutes be at: the bakery, the donut shop, the breakfast counter, the sushi restaurant, the wine bar, the pub(s), brewery, pizza place(s), the ice cream shop(s), the golf course(s), the marinas, the boat charters, shopping, movie theater (coming soon).......then when your done shopping, eating, boating you can retreat to your quiet neighborhood and watch the sunset and listen to the waves.
