Summer Wedding

We were in town for a wedding in Cohasset, and this house was perfect for our family. There was plenty of room, and we especially enjoyed sitting out on the deck and relaxing on the comfortable couch. The location was excellent—easy access to the beach, downtown, and Cohasset for the wedding festivities. We’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area!

This was a great location and a beautiful house. It was very spacious and well kept. Only issues we ran into was there was a car left in the driveway so there went the 4 spots we were expecting, and information on how to get into the house was provided by time of check in and we had to reach out to call when we got to the house to get code for the door. The owner was extremely responsive however when we called and was easy to work with

We were searching homes in early 2025 for a family wedding and were thrilled to find Seaside Solstice due to the amazing kid's room and the large, fenced-in backyard. The pictures don't due the home justice - it's amazingly clean, organized and a true tranquil escape. Plenty of space for everyone to have their own space (inside and out). Working directly with Nicole via text was a huge win and any questions we had, were answered very quickly. We will highly recommend this rental to anyone who finds that their travels take them to Scituate.

Summer Solstice is a beautiful, well-appointed property. It features large comfortable rooms, two separate living rooms and a massive outfitted basement ideal for younger kids. The exceptional kitchen, good size deck and clean comfortable hot tub added to its charm. The home was well-decorated and included lots of towels and beach toys/chairs. The short walk to the main part of Scituate with restaurants and shopping was an unexpected bonus. We had an exceptional family reunion here. I highly recommend it for a good sized family. You will enjoy it immensely.
