Beautiful newly built cottage in historic Old Town Fernandina Beach. This property is available for 30 day rentals. The master bedroom has a king bed and a nice desk to do some work if you are forced to during your time in paradise. The guest room has a queen bed, and also has a stackable washer and dryer to make laundry a breeze. Gorgeous sunsets are available to you on a nightly basis from your front porch, or wander down to the waterfront park a block a way for a spectacular evening.
No pets, and no smoking. This is a dream place for someone wanting a month away from everything, or a 6 month stay while you look for your forever home.
