The villa is located in a village with a stylish landscape area, which creates a comfortable pastime at any time. For example, the trees create a cool shades around village and make your walking with children confortable.
The village has a large communal pool. The territory has security system 24 hours a day.

We provide daily cleaning-service (garbage removal, dusting) without washing dishes (except for Thai weekends).

The Villa has 7 bedrooms, which are located in two buildings: 5 bedrooms (three floors-building) and 2 bedrooms (1 floor-building) that stay at same area with one entrance. The Villa has a private swimming Pool (5x9 meters) with a shallow area for kids.
Near the Swimming Pool is a Thai-style gazebo with barbecue facilities and a large dining table. Coal and ignition are provided free of charge for my Guests.
The Villa has a large kitchen area with necessary cooking stuff (spoons, forks, cups, pans, mugs, wine glasses, microwave, oven, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, coffee maker).

For the convenience of my Guests on Villa i provide free drinking water.
Each room is equipped with Air-Condition, TV, and king-size beds.
Also i have an office desk with a comfortable chair for work.
Each bedroom has its own design, which creates a cozy and comfortable feelings.
The Master Bedroom on 2nd Floor has a romantic bathroom with a transparent ceiling.

I provide a special baby bath upon request of my Guests.
There is always a cot for children 2 years old (inclusive), a cot for children from 3 to 5 years. Also a comfortable bunk bed for children from 6 years and older.

This Villa has 5 Toilets.

On 2nd floor there is an area with a large balcony and a gazebo-tent.
On 3rd floor there is a bedroom with a balcony and view to the area of the villa.
Also i have a washing machine for 20 kg of linen.

I am always happy to communicate with my guests, but please note that I have a few properties in Pattaya and the guests staying at all these properties and unfortunately I cannot teleport myself from one property to another in a blink of an eye :) So please notify me about all the changes (for example, about changing of your check-out time) at least 1 hour in advance.
I would also appreciate if you do not wake me up during the night regarding questions of low importance. But of course I am ready to help you 24 hours if it is an emergency.

When booking my villa, we provide a simple service for ordering an additional (for a fee) excursion service: Cartoon Network Water Park, Ramayana Water Park, Pattaya Floating Market, elephant riding, TigerPark, Underwater Aquarium, Dolphinarium (swimming with dolphins), Nong Nooch Tropical Garden , Kwai River, excursion to Cambodia (to Angkor Wat), all types of sea excursions, speedboat and ship rental

The Villa has a Wi-Fi access point with free internet. I ask you to understand that if the Internet does not work, then this is a problem for the Internet company and we are not responsible for the quality of the Internet.
I can make check-in and check-out at any time (24 hours a day) by prior personal agreement with you in chat messages. I ask you to carefully consider the time of arrival and departure. If you are comming to my property by yourself, I ask you to let me know your flight arrival time and estimated arrival time at the villa to make check-in to the House more smooth.
 
• A security deposit of 5,000 baht is required upon arrival. Security deposit is charged in cash in accordance with the Thai Consumer Protection Act.
• Arrivals and departures from 17:00 to 09:00 are paid extra - 500 baht / time
• Smoking inside the villa is strictly prohibited (a fine of 8,000 baht), you can smoke only in specia areas on the street.
• Maximum capacity - 18 people

When booking, it is mandatory to indicate the number of all adults, all children. Children from 2 to 11 years old are charged extra and must be indicated as an extra person on the reservation. If the wrong information of guests quantity is indicated, only the number of people indicated in the booking list will be settled.

IN CASE ADDITIONAL GUESTS (FRIENDS), YOU ARE OBLIGED TO PAY AN EXTRA PAYMENT: 1000 THB FOR EACH ADDITIONAL PERSON FOR EVERY DAY OF STAING

Around villa has: a convenience store (FamilyMart), in front of main Entrance to the Village is a Thai grocery store that has foods and snacks (beer, water, spirits, snacks, chips and etc).
Also not so far (100-200 meters) has Fishermen Village where you can buy fresh seafood (crabs, squid, shrimp, fish, shellfish, snails and etc).
The Village is located near the Sukhumvit highway, which allows easy and quick access to the famous attractions of Pattaya (Nong Nooch, Wat Yan Temple, Upside-down House, Park of Love, Pattaya Floating Market, Ramayana and Cartoon Network Waterparks and Military Beach) and Macro shopping center (cash and carry, food), Tesco Lotus (food and clothes), Outlet Mall (clothes with low price), BigC (food and clothes).
The Village is located not far from Jomtien Beach Street, where you can enjoy everydays sunset and jogging in fresh air in the evening.

Near the Villa has free parking spaces for up to 5 cars.
In front of main entrance to the Village you can always order a Taxi (motorbike, car, minibus, tuk-tuk).
No so far has public transport stop (tuk-tuk, songteo), from where you can go to Macro, TescoLotus, BigC, the Floating Market and the Night Market on Teprazit.

You can always order from me taxi service. My staff gonna meet you at Airport or any hotel in Bangkog and bring you to my Villa.
