This beautiful condo is located on the 3rd floor and can accommodate 6 guests. This condo has been professionally decorated with a very regal style. The sofas are cloth with wood trim and there is a beautiful Oriental rug beneath the living room seating area. The one wall is all sliding glass doors that collapse into each other making a complete opening to your terrace. The wall opposite the seating area has a wall-mounted plasma TV, DVD, VCR, and a stereo system. The dining area has been furnished with a large wood table set to seat 6 people. This kitchen is fit for a gourmet chef! The cabinets are dark wood, the appliances are stainless steel and the countertops are made of premium granite. The kitchen has a built-in wet bar with a wine chiller below. The master bedroom of this beautiful unit has been furnished with a king-size bed having a pitched dark wood headboard. The bedding is a paisley print of green purple and brown. The room has a matching suite of furniture, sliding door access to the terrace, closet with mirrored doors and a TV and DVD player. There is an additional seating area on the right side of the bed near the terrace doors. The master bathroom has a large Jacuzzi bathtub with a separate shower and double sinks vanity. The 2nd guest suite has a king-size bed with a wrought iron designed headboard; There are a dresser and bedside tables. A TV and DVD sit on top of the dresser and there is a huge closet with mirrored sliding doors. The 3rd bedroom has a king-size bed with a light wood raised square headboard. The bedding is a soft green with floral accents. There is a matching suite of furniture and a TV and DVD player. This bedroom has a huge mirrored closet, armchair and beautiful accent paintings on the walls.

The terrace is furnished with a dining table set to seat 6 and two lounge chairs. You will witness some of the most beautiful sunsets from this terrace. What a perfect place to chill out with a cold cocktail or have a sunset meal.
NOTE: The balcony BBQ do not work, there is a designated area on the 3rd floor for the use of charcoal grills and playground for small children. (Charcoal is not included, for sale at convenience store).
