A few things in the place were broken at arrival and I sent pictures to the host as soon as we arrived. 5 stars though because Christopher communicated extremely well and allowed us to check in early on Friday! No issues otherwise and check in and out were smooth. Was worried about the area but it was secure and overall a nice stay since our hotel had a major pipe burst the week before the event we were traveling to and we were able to find this! Only one mile from M&T bank stadium where the concert was we went to and it was easy to get uber/lyft. Thank you for everything Chris!

We arrived at this property & honestly I could not even sit down the place was so filthy. It is definitely not a place you should take a family. We had never traveled to Baltimore before and chose this place due to the description and being able to walk to different areas as we came by train. The neighborhood is very unsafe. We immediately left due to the place being so bad. We went outside to wait for our Uber and really feared for our lives. The driver said when he picked us up that he wasn't expecting someone like us. He said we should not have been standing outside in that area. There was black mold on the window sills, stains all over the carpet- I would not even walk on it with socks. The kitchen doesn't have A/C. The bathroom didn't have toilet paper-not that I would have sat down on it. There were bugs flying around stained walls, drawers in the bedroom were falling apart. It looks like the apartment is in public housing. Boarded up windows on most building around it. There was blood in the hallway under the stairs. Please beware and do not stay here!
