This home is only 100 ft away from the pool and rec area, while countless attractions including Hillbilly Golf, the Foxfire Adventure Park, and Ober Gatlinburg, can all be found just a few miles from your door.

Inside this charming retreat, you'll find floor-to-ceiling knotty pine features, rustic country decor, and modern amenities aplenty. Stock up the refrigerator and prepare full-course meals in the well-equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and counter seating. Gather together for meals or board games at the adjacent dining table, and then kick back in the open living area, switch on the gas fireplace, and stream all your favorite TV channels.

Outside, watch the world go by from your furnished front porch or second-story balcony, or slip into your private hot tub for a soothing soak in your screened back deck.

This cottage is also equipped with a private washer/dryer, a desk and chair for your laptop, central air-conditioning, and a ramp on the side of the home for easier entry.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
