Nice property, quite location, close to shopping, dining, etc. great communication with owner concerning a glitch with lower level HVAC. Wouldn’t hesitate to contact these folks again on our next trip to BR. If there was a downside it would be the lack of cooking utensils. We normally cook in when traveling, but for this “short” visit we just raided the local establishments.
