About this property

We just purchased this beautiful 2 BR, 2.5 BA two-level Sundowner II condo; top (second) floor, end unit; sleeps 6; and we look forward to sharing it with you.

Location, location, location! Walk to the Snowflake chairlift and ski back on Four O Clock ski run. Walk to Main Street: Only 2 Blocks to all shopping and dining in downtown Breckenridge!

There are two bedrooms: the master bedroom has a king size bed, and the second bedroom has a bunk bed with two full-size beds. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room and a work area (if you have to work while on vacation).

New bedroom furniture; new kitchen appliances; and new hard wood floors throughout. Updated bathrooms (one steam shower). Private deck facing South; washer and dryer in unit; and underground parking (only one spot per condo) with 6' 8" height restriction.

Great amenities including upper village pool (seasonal) and on site hot tubs.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout, and there are TVs in the living room and master bedroom.
