About this property
Charming Vintage Studio on the Bitterroot Bike Trail
Lovely studio apartment in an almost 100 year old historic building sitting directly on the amazing Bitterroot Trail System. Located on the Southside of Missoula and a five minute walk on the new bike path to the mall, local brewery, and several restaurants or hop on a bike and explore Missoula. It's only a 10-15 minute bike ride downtown or to the University of Montana area. Located only 1 block from the new bike/pedestrian bridge on south Reserve St.
Apartment has a queen bed in a semi private room and a twin bed in a tucked away sleeping nook. The main area has a cute little living room, bathroom and a kitchen area including sink, fridge, microwave, Keurig and 2 burner hotplate. Private entrance with small deck and great location for exploring Missoula. Unit is the top floor of the building. Must climb 1 1/2 flights of stairs to entrance. Not handicap accessible.
Entire apartment, living, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom areas, outside deck and yard.
I can sometimes accommodate an early check in for an additional fee. Contact me if you need this.
I am typically available anytime you need something during the hours of 7am-10pm. I check my messages regularly and can be reached through the airbnb app. I have lived in Missoula for 25 years and am happy to answer any questions you might have about our community.
Missoula's southside is enjoying a rejuvination in the last few years and there is a very cool Brewery (The Great Burn) just a block away as well as several restaurants, the mall, brand new movie theatre (serves dinner also), 3 miles from Blue Mountain which is a great area for hiking, and much more! You can also hop on the bike path and get anywhere in town in no time at all. We are located about a half mile from Fort Missoula Regional Park where there are huge sports fields, parks, walking trails, and much more to do. Community Hospital is also a 2-3 minute drive.
Bitterroot Bike/walking path in front of the building and located 1 block from the intersection of Brooks and Reserve Street
This is an upstairs unit, must be able to climb stairs, not handicap accessible. Check in instructions and the home manual are available after rental is confirmed. This is the top floor of an almost 100 year old historic building that was a church for almost 70 years. You will share yard with lower apartment. The Bitterroot Trail is literally steps from the front door and a great trail system for walking, running, or biking.
- Absolutely no smoking or vaping in the apartment. No pets allowed. No persons allowed on the property that aren't listed on the rental contract. If any of these rules are broken you will be assessed a $200 additional cleaning fee.
