Owner double booked our reservation and wanted to upcharge us

Do yourself a favor and stay away. Arrived and building did not have a reservation for us. After 2.5 hours in the lobby we finally reached the owner who told us she double booked the reservation, told us we would be upcharged to stay at the rental. Shady as can be. Then we get in the rental. To say its not stocked is an under statement of the century. No measuring cups, no measuring spoons, no baking sheets, completely scratched up pans, no knives for cutting anything, no scissors....For the 6 of us total of 4 forks...impossible to cook. Building itself is nice, minus the elevator. Prepare to wait 35 min to come down. Overall, save yourself the trouble.

Horrible-stay away!!!

First they did not explain the check in or parking process. We had to pay $160 to park for two days. Second, they double booked us and gave our room away! Then after constant fighting about it put us in a smaller unit with 1 less bedroom and bathroom, so we did NOT have enough room for our family. Tv in bedroom did not work, artwork all falling apart, garbage disposal broken. Property manager was absolutely horrible and needs to find a different career path!!! Her accommodation is absolutely terrible and the property itself is over ran with too many people in the lobby. If you have another choice to stay somewhere do so, and make sure it is not with one of Maria’s properties!!
