Lavish and charming 3 bed/ 3 bath condo on the 4th floor with 2,200 sqft, featuring stunning views of the Intracoastal Waterway, the Atlantic Ocean and the downtown skyline. Less than a 5 minute drive to the beach, and very close to Starbucks, and Gulfstream Park Racing & Casino. Spacious suite ideal for a staycation, as a work-from-home alternative, or for families and friends traveling together.

Beachwalk Resort - 3 bedroom, 3 full bathroom condo with full kitchen equipped with appliances and electronics for you and your guests entertainment. Free Wi-Fi.

POOL ACCESS: Towels to be provided by the entrance to the pool on the first floor.

BEACH AMENITIES: As of February 11, 2023 // Free Towels, Free Shuttle Services, and Free Lounge Chairs and Umbrellas.
The total amount of chairs and umbrellas given will be 60 chairs and 30 umbrellas, first come first serve until they finished.

DINING/DRINKS: Beachwalk Bistro, Beachwalk Bar, Pool Grill located on the first floor.

New Parking Procedures: Starting from the effective date, all residents (excluding employees) are required to drop off their cars exclusively at the valet counter located on the ground floor. Car pickup will take place on the 3rd floor of the parking garage.

Week stay in Hallandale

Great waterfront apartment overlooking pool and intercoastal waterways. Plenty of room for all of us. Check in staff could have been friendlier if I’m being honest. They seemed to be quite abrupt to everyone. Overall a great stay.

Nice property with easy beach access

This condo was perfect for my family - my husband and I, our two teenage daughters and my parents. We all had our own private areas, could cook our meals together and hang out in the dining room playing games and having family time. The beds were comfortable enough and the place was clean. Parking at Walmart was very convenient and the beach shuttle was quick and almost always ready to go with very little wait. The people who worked at the resort were very helpful and nice to us. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others!!

Exceeded expectations!

The condo was beautiful and clean. The location was great. We could walk or Uber anywhere we wanted to go. We had no issues while we were there. I would gladly stay there again.
