Great location, lacking finishing touch

Perfect location near midtown/Ponce City Market. Difficultly getting in touch with host for check in process, inconsistencies on listing with check in/out times, really low water pressure and weird plumbing issues like one of the toilet constantly running and constant noises from pipes throughout the home
