Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. It has a 9 seat movie theater. Big kitchen and gathering areas. Wonderful outdoor deck with a big green egg and 36” Blackstone flat top. This house has it all. Deep water. Just across from City Harbor. Huge yard with a zip line and plenty of space for the kids to play while you grill and chill

Entire house and property. Boathouse access is not included, but welcome to the dock to swim and dock your boat.
