Home has a kitchenette laundry room and 3 bedrooms on first floor. Kitchen with HUGE island off of large great room.
Master is on top floor with a study.
2 HUGE decks & Bottom leads out to a pool.
Will be fully furnished In neutral tones.
We have added a HUGE generator, electric pump for water pressure, and a water filtration system.
Private beach access
