This is a full private apartment and patio with private beach access. Low tides allow for beautiful walks on the beach. This Private Estate is located off the main highway, south of Puerto Nuevo. Gated entry and plenty of parking on site.
The owners live onsite and will greet you at the security gate to allow entry to the premises. Once parked you will go down a flight of stairs to the entrance of your Luxury Apartment. Upon entering, you will find an open floor plan: a living room, dining table which seats 4, two sofas & a fully equipped kitchen. Each bedroom has a queen size bed. Bathroom has a shower stall and is located next to one of the bedrooms. Each bedroom and living room gets a nice breeze when the windows are open and you can hear the sound of waves. Access to the beach is down a flight of stairs.

This home was created to get away from city life and to come relax and unwind. This home is ideal for 2 couples looking for a weekend getaway or a small family of 5.

We have a zero tolerance policy as this is a quiet, peaceful space, no parties will be allowed.

This space is ideal for 4 Adults, however; for an additional fee, up to 5 individuals may be accommodated. No additional guests or visitors allowed.
