This is a comfortable, modern, and clean home in a cute and safe residential area of East Sacramento. Within walking distance to good coffee and tasty restaurants. It was also close to McKinley Park, which is a great place to exercise, enjoy the baby ducks and geese in the pond, and the beautiful rose garden in early bloom.
This was the perfect place and location for our short stay in Sacramento! The house is thoroughly equipped with lots of spices and seasonings if you want to stay in and cook - but the location is ideal for walking to local restaurants, as well as parks. It has absolutely everything that is needed, including a much appreciated yoga mat for stretching after a long flight! Hope to stay here again.
Really great space! Close to lots of things, clean and comfy rooms. Our 2 year old enjoyed the backyard and had plenty of space to play inside as well!

Such a great space. Clean, comfortable, nicely decorated. We would definitely stay here again!
Amazing stay in a quiet neighborhood! The check-in process was seamless and the property had everything we needed. It was kid friendly which is huge for us. Would definitely recommend if you are planning to be around mid or downtown Sacramento!
Excellent cottage in sweet neighborhood, close to stores, cafes, parks and eateries. Well stocked and organized. Newly remodeled - very clean and inviting.
We were really happy to find a small home for our family of 3 to spend a few nights visiting another family in Sacramento. It was really nice to be in a quiet neighborhood where they could easily get us (they lived a little over a mile away). It’s was a good amount of space and exactly what we needed for quick breakfast and snacks.
We enjoyed our stay in Sacramento at this lovely and comfortable home. All aspects of the visit were outstanding, and communication with the property owner before, during and after the visit was exceptional. Many thanks!
My husband and I visited our daughters and friends in Sacramento for a week and this rental was the perfect home base. Close to whatever we wanted to do downtown and easy access to the freeway. The decor is tasteful and there is plenty of space. As a former Sacramento resident I was concerned about potential noise related to the location but was pleasantly surprised as to how quiet it was. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a few family meals and we were able to watch the Olympics in comfort. Will definitely try to book this one for any upcoming visits!
The house is really cute. And the neighborhood is wonderful. That being said... the house wasn't dirty, but it definitely wasn't clean. There were dust bunnies under all the furniture (even the tall stuff that should have been easy to sweep under). It would have been really nice if the backyard had been swept, cleaned up, or taken care of before my stay to feel like the space was more usable. The patio, table, chairs and grill were all covered in dust, pollen, leaves, and cobwebs. My biggest complaint is the automatic light in the side yard that isn't able to be turned off, which shines into both bedrooms the entire night, even with the blinds and curtains drawn. Both are quite sheer and don't block light at all. Heavier curtains would have been really appreciated. If you're a light sleeper, bring an eye mask.
This was a beautiful home with great amenities of exceptional quality including cookware, beds, etc. My family and children had a great time and enjoyed our stay. Of note, there isn't filtered water from what we could find, so we did need to purchase our own water.
