The Space:
COVID19 - CLEANING S
1- Cleaning staff uses handheld spray sanitizer to disinfect home when entering property.
2- UV light disinfectant is used on any touch surfaces - remote, light switches, countertops etc.
3- Touch surfaces are wiped down with disinfectant wipes.
4- Deep clean is thoroughly done every cleaning.
5- Sheets are deep washed with bleach and detergent.

Please note that as our home is a duplex, Unit A will also have fellow world travelers, there's a possibility of interacting with other guests, but rest assured, there's a privacy gate separating the two units for your peace of mind. Our home features an in-house washer/dryer and is fully equipped to meet all your family's needs

The Neighborhood:
This is a peaceful residential neighborhood actively supported by a vigilant neighborhood watch program. We strictly enforce a zero-tolerance policy.

Little Havana is perfectly situated in the heart of Miami, just a 10-minute drive from any part of the city. You'll have easy access to public transportation, ample availability of Uber rides, and the added convenience of free street parking.

Two blocks north, you'll find yourself on 8th street, known as Calle Ocho, where a vibrant scene awaits. Explore local restaurants, bars, cabarets, a charming Art Deco movie theater showcasing foreign and independent films, souvenir shops, fruit stands, art galleries, and numerous live music venues, including the historic Ball and Chain. If you have the chance, we highly recommend catching a game at Marlins Park, just a $5 Uber ride away.

Venturing east to Coconut Grove offers a range of experiences, from excellent restaurants and local bars to paddle-boarding, kayaking, biking, and visits to Vizcaya or The Barnacle.

Heading west, you can explore Miracle Mile for shopping and dining or join the locals for happy hour at places like Tarpon Bend, Hillstone, or Bulla. Don't miss the opportunity to visit Venetian Pools or enjoy brunch at the Biltmore.

For further exploration, take advantage of the free trolley or metro bus to reach Brickell or Downtown Miami, where you'll discover lounges, restaurants, museums, Bayside Marketplace, the Miami Airlines Arena, the Opera House, and a host of other attractions.

Getting Around:
A car would be convenient, but Uber and Lyft are also available and provide a reliable transportation throughout the neighborhood.

Other Things to Note:
Enjoy our highly accessible location with quick access to major roadways, making Uber and Lyft rides available within minutes of your request. If you prefer public transportation, convenient bus and trolley stops are conveniently situated nearby.
Please be aware that there is a one-time pet fee of $150, which covers the cost of hiring professional cleaning staff to perform a deep cleaning of the home. Kindly notify us in advance if you plan to bring a pet, including service animals.

For added security, we've installed motion detection cameras along the home's perimeter. These cameras activate and record only when motion is detected, enhancing the safety of the property and covering the front, side, and back areas.
