it is a great place, close to everything, on the beech, with free parking. elevator with buttons outside - it is fun.

Miami trip

Place was nice and we really enjoyed it. We were gone a lot either on the beach or to the Miami Grand Prix but the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was large enough for everyone and the view was great.

It’s really nice

We liked it. Stayed there with my son. Everything was smooth and nice. Nice pool, amazing access to beach. Only thing was the food was further than we use to so we walked everywhere.I definitely recommend it, really nice part of Miami.Thank you

2 Night Stay before Cruise

I was actually afraid because of the mixed reviews, but the apartment suite was lovely. It was absolutely perfect for my Mother and I during our 2 night stay before heading to our family cruise.

Loved this!

I really enjoyed my stay, It was perfect and everything was just as it was listed on the site. Bathtub could've been cleaner and valet takes their time but I would highly recommend!

All the necessities

Fabrice, the host, was helpful and very responsive when I had questions. The place is right on the beach and the view out the window is beautiful. The pool and tiki bar area are a lot of fun. There are two shops in the building that sell just about anything you need, and they make fresh empanadas and pastries! We had a wonderful time and we would definitely stay again.

Five Star Fabrice!

This rental was absolutely perfect. Initially, I rented another unit from Mr. Fabrice. Something went south with it, but for my convenience, Mr. Fabrice upgraded me to a beach side property with a phenomenal view. Took some outstanding photos. Would recommend. Very convenient location and the building hosts a vary of other services. Will book again!!!!

the pool will still be repaired and we were not told about it.. they only give you one towel for the whole stay so be warned if you booked it for a couple of days .. you have to wash your own towels ..

I would not stay here again.

After the first night the ac started leaking. There was someone else's stuff in the room . The toilet didn't flush right... If I had to stay by longer than the 2 days I would contacted the property manager.

The host lied and there was no pool access during or time there.. i had my children with me…. We did not even stay past two nights.. we left and went somewhere else for the remainder of the trip… absolutely disgusting… roaches on the hallways… awful awful service. The host needs kicked off platforms with false advertising! I should of least had a half refund.

Great view, ok apartment, terrible neighbors.

The apartment itself is a little run down (broken mirror, faded curtains, broken window) but the view of the ocean is lovely. Between the cheap Ikea mattress, the flat pillows, and the neighbors yelling and partying till 3am I had a pretty crummy nights sleep. They need to install some soundproofing because if anyone in the rooms next door speak in anything above a whisper you can hear it. On a weeknight it might be an ok place to stay but I'd steer clear on the weekend or during holidays (unless you're planning on being out late partying yourself).
