About this property

Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, fully equipped gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

Each unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. Each bathroom includes toiletries, hairdryers, and towels. Separate convenience items such as iron and Ironing Board, alarm Clock, Digital Satellite TV are added perks.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact seacoast suites.

Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

Wonderfull time

The apartment is large and bright and largely corresponds to the description. We had a great time. Only the balcony was not as in the picture directly to the sea but with a side sea view.

Place was great!! Pool, beach, location everything was great! Room was nice and big! View was awesome!! Only one problem, the elevator situation…. But other then that we loved it there!! Will def stay again!

Good view and location.

The view and beach access are a ten. Parts of the suite were very nice (kitchen, living room) while others needed updating (bathrooms). As a whole, this hotel looks old and tired. However, good for a short 2-3 day stay but not for a few weeks.

Seacoast colony

Property was old with lots of deferred maintenance issues. Elevator didn’t function, racket courts were unavailable, pool furniture was old and needed replaced.
