The room itself was fairly clean, but the corridors appear a bit old and unkempt. They do have a microwave , dishes and a fridge. It’s a grimy good price and friendly staff too. The location is great though, block away from South beach

The location was amazing. We arrived quite early with our luggage and they allowed us to check in early. The room was clean, and quiet. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Great little place. Location was amazing. I loved how spacious the rooms were, and how they were decorated. The building itself is older but they do a good job with cleaning, and keeping it in decent shape. We were able to get early check in, and they held our luggage until room was ready so we could go to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

This property was a very nice place for our vacation. The staff were always pleasant and helpful and available at all times. The accommodations were clean and close to everything in south beach. We would stay here again.

They told us they could not clean our room because somebody inside told them they were sleeping, even though we were not in the room and asked for cleaning twice. This was the highlight of our stay.
