Luxurious South Beach Rental on Ocean Drive

This vacation Studio-Suite is located in the heart of the World famous OCEAN DRIVE/ART DECO DRIVE. This ART DECO building was converted into Suites.
Everything inside the Suite includes furniture, amenities, and a 55" QLED TV with Surround Stereo System. The Suite has a full kitchen with new appliances and a bathroom with tub and shower. Stepping-out of the Suite, you will be enjoying what South Beach is all about, the white sandy tropical beach with 360 degrees of scenery, and full of nightlife, clubs, bars, boutiques, museums, theaters, and international restaurants with delicious cuisines. Across the Condominium is Lummus Park bordering the beach with recreational activities and playgrounds for volleyball, basketball with public bathrooms and outdoor showers, cement path for roller-skaters, runners, walkers, and for tourists access to the beach.

Parking is available thru parking meters along Ocean Drive and its cross streets. The less expensive indoor parking is: City of Miami Beach Parking located on the corner of 7th street and Collins Avenue (entrance is thru Washington Ave and 7th Street because 7th St is One Way Street). Please keep in mind that the rate of parking in Miami Beach depends on the location and vary per day of the week and festivities around the South Beach. The further the parking is to the water/beach, the less expensive you will find the parking. Valet parking is also available by private companies throughout Collins Ave and Ocean Drive starting on 6th Street to 15th Street and their parking rates vary on the day of the week, weekends, and festivities around South Beach. OCEAN DRIVE IS OPEN One Way for Vehicles from North to South (from 15th St to 5th St).

South Beach

This was a good sized place to stay. The bed was pillow top king size. Very clean. The property manger went through everything with me. Even went found a new beach chair to replace a broken one. The property provided beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella for use. The location was right a crossed from south beach. So many restaurants to choose from for meals. This place was great! My only thought as a light sleeper was the music from the restaurant right next to it was loud at times. Overall great place and location!

AMAZING TRIP

This property was very clean & cozy. Staff were accommodating and I felt very safe, comfortable the entire stay. We were walking distance to the beach and all shenanigans we wanted to get into, perfect location to be honest. Would HIGHLY commend this condo.

Right in the middle of things

Was a great place in the middle of the action. The beach was close and there was plenty to do with in walking distance. The only complaint I have is the music playing from all the restaurants till 12.

Very nice vacation stay

Our family of 4 (kids aged 7 and 9) very much enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and well maintained, and right across the street from Ocean Beach. Windows face a restaurant in the courtyard with low level noise but this was not a problem for us. Overall highly recommended!

Just what we needed

Bed was comfortable which is important to us. Clean and location was good. Helena who got us checked in was wonderful, she gave great recommendations and was attentive when the air conditioning stopped working, thankfully the temperature outside wasn’t bad and this did not affect our stay.

Our overall experience was top notch!!!! We enjoyed everything! Our apt was rt in the middle of all the fun on Ocean Drive!!! The property was just what was listed. Helena and the property owner went over and beyond to make our stay pleasurable! They even let us stay several hours later just because our flight was delayed! I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing again

Second time staying at Alberto’s place. Realized the umbrella was broken when we tried to use it and he brought us a new one right away :) Everything was wonderful.

Perfect getaway

Great environment, great atmosphere, great location, great host and accommodations. Cute condo facing a building with culture. Noise level from outside (back street) was tolerable. Building security and other guest/tenants were very pleasant. Everything is as advertised. This was our first time in South Beach and we could not have picked a better time. The beach vibes were nice. Not too many younger folks which kept the atmosphere more than perfect for my wife and I. Alberto and Melinia made checking in and out a breeze. Looking forward to another trip already!

The Miami experience!

The place was a little difficult to find. You have to walk-through the restaurant a little bit to get to the front doors of the complex. Once we got there, checking in was easy. The bathroom had some curly hairs on the floor, and when I dropped something that rolled under the bed, I noticed there was a ton of sand underneath the bed. Doesn’t look like they sweep under the bed.However, the location was absolutely amazing. Literally right across the street from the beach. Tons of restaurants and shops around the area. If you want the full Miami experience, this is definitely the place to be. It does get pretty loud at night because of the location, but I guess that’s expected Big ass. It’s a very busy nightlife in that area.We would recommend the owner gets new pillows, or if you’re traveling here, and are able to, maybe bring your own pillows. The pillows were extremely flat. The bed was very comfortable.Overall, we had a great day.

Great location, adequate accommodations

Overall our stay was Ok. Pros - location, price, amenities. Cons - Street noise, lack of cleanliness, overall wear and tear. Stay here for the location and price. Then stay out late because this condo has loud music, cars and bikes revving engines, and people shouting every night up to 2AM. This building is set on a narrow side street which echos and amplifies all the street noise from Ocean and Collins. The unit itself is worn and dirty. Found dirty food crumbs in one cabinet and an old pizza box stuffed into another. The windows wouldn’t open so no fresh air. Shower head is ancient, barely functional. You get what you pay for in SoBeach. This is a good place if you’re on a budget. Spend more of you want more.
