Our guests tell us they are delighted with location of the Carlyle, the quality of the apartment, and the service. This beautiful Art Deco building is the perfect place for your stay in South Beach, Miami. It's located on Ocean Drive just steps to the beach and all that South Beach has to offer in terms dining and entertainment. The building has 24 hour concierge service and an outdoor restaurant. A public parking garage is across the street. Please be sure to view the video attached to this listing.

Short-term rentals are approved at The Carlyle. One of only 19 units, the space itself is recently renovated with new amenities and is decorated carefully to feel comfortable, inviting and elegant. The kitchen has new appliances, the living room is spacious, and the bedroom is separated by a sliding door for privacy. Great natural light throughout.

All in all, our space is a wonderful private retreat in the heart of South Beach action.

The location was great as it was right in the middle of everything. The unit was very clean and well laid out and decorated to be in sync with the art deco vibe of the area. My wife and I will be back on our next trip to south beach!

The property was amazing spacious, bed could be a tadbit more comfortable but it was ok, the morning construction was not pleasant but ok, the only think that was missing that would have made this property perfect was a.patio. but Check in was smooth everything was in perfect walk distance. We stayed Monday—Friday and had a great experience. Everything is walkable, and having the use of beach chairs/umbrella/cooler was so helpful. Communication was great, plenty of bath and beach towels—we hope to come back!

Absolutely beautiful & very spacious on the inside! Great amenities, I will definitely be staying here again. Host is extremely nice & made sure everything was perfect for us. With just two women staying, Security made us feel very safe as well. Food at restaurant downstairs is great!!! 10/10 would recommend!!!!

Perfect on all fronts!

Perfect location. Appreciated the ability to walk across the street to the park and 9 mile paved beach walk. Condo was very quiet and incredibly clean and comfortable. Our host offered up wonderful restaurants and activities. We loved Betsy’s for music and food. Very safe and walkable all day and night. We highly recommend!

It was very cool to stay in such a historic building. Huge Robin Williams fan. Room was nice. Able to wash clothes from the trip. Walking distance to so much awesomeness. The only con was that I missed having a TV I could see from bed.

November getaway

Had a great time at the condo, everything in walking distance and the ocean right across the street. Windows of the condo look out onto side street and back parking lot, just to remember if you want ocean view. Neighborhood is on the loudish side with restaurants blasting music into the streets, but did not bother us. Liked the beach equipment (chairs, umbrella, towels) very much. Air inside the condo was a little stale.

Perfect accommodations for two

My mother and I spent 4 days in Miami Beach enjoying the preview days of Art Basel. This apartment was centrally located. It was perfect for two people and spotlessly clean. The bathroom was huge and really well designed! The appliances were top of the line and any kitchen tool you needed was tucked away somewhere. the internet and tv were easy to navigate. The apt was exceedingly quiet. Checking in was easy. The staff was patient and accommodating throughout our stay. My mother is older, and the staff went out of their way to take care of her. There is a separate entrance for residents that allows you to avoid the street crowd and provides security. The building is well-run and well-maintained. Please note, You have to carry your bags to the first level to check in. You can contact the resident's desk if you need help, though. Finally, the owner/manager, Fran, was beyond fantastic. She was responsive, informative, patient and accommodating again and again! It was better than we could have imagined. Thank you, thank you, Fran.
