Clean and spacious condo, excellent location close to Ocean Drive. Kitchen very well equipped, washer and dryer definitely came in handy. Loved the swivel mount TV, which allows to watch it from both the living room and bedroom. Very good communication with the host. Will definitely rent again if available.

Can't express how perfect this place is. Lola is a great host and communicated with us very whole during the build up and the whole stay! Studio is a great location, close to the beach and restaurants, but still very quiet and safe! Clean and modern, with some added extras like washer/drier and beach equipment! Pool was lovely too. No issues at all with the whole trip!!

The Fountain Condominium is an elegant property located on a quiet tree lined street in the heart of world famous South Beach. The unit is spacious, beautifully decorated and conveniently equipped with both dishwasher and washer/dryer in the unit. Both the street and the neighbors are extremely quiet. I saved the best for last the host is totally committed to the satisfaction of all their vacation rental guests like me.

Great place located in a great area!! Check in was very smooth and easy. Nice place to stay for a week and appreciate having all the amenities needed. My only complaint is that the floors really didn’t seem clean. The corners of each room had debris and small trash items. Thanks for the great stay!!! We will be back.

We found the host to be kind, responsive, and helpful. The apartment is wonderfully situated in South Beach, a short walk to the beach and to top-notch restaurants. The unit has a splendid full-function kitchen, and was wonderfully clean and nicely supplied. We would gladly stay again.

The Fountain Hotel - great location in South Beach. Super clean, well equipped studio for two. Lola was super helpful & easy to communicate with. Strong, fast WIFI. Parking permit secured with Lola was super easy. 5-10 minutes from the Ocean Blvd & the energy of South Beach. 20 minute walk to Publix market. CVS & Walgreens - both 10 minutes tops on foot. Highly recommend this property.

Great mom and daughters weekend

My daughters and I had a great stay here during our long weekend in South Beach. Getting into the property was super easy. We could walk to beach, stores, restaurants, etc very easily. The pool was nice after a day in the sun. We would definitely come back!
