Excellent home, location and value

Clean comfortable home in heart of Winter Park. Close to recreation, shopping, Park Avenue/ Rollins and I-4/ Semeron. We did not use inviting pool due to weather. Thoughtful host.

Comfy house, great location

The home was very comfortable for two people. Quiet neighborhood, but lots of street traffic. Judy was responsive to questions at check-in. Would stay here again, would recommend to a friend.

Winter Park is known for its old town upscale charm, elegant homes, quaint bricked streets, extensive tree canopy, first class shopping and dining, experiences, and world class museums. As well, it is home of Rollings College.

The Park Avenue neighborhoods are among the most desired in the area . Walkable to the best stores and restaurants. The Spanish cobble stone roads and terra-cotta roofs make for a picturesque location. And the surrounding lakes and golf courses give plenty of entertainment for the entire family.
