Location was great, the security/custodial person, Grene' (sp?) was fantastic. The room was reasonably clean, but on the bottom floor, so it was often cold (no sunlight). There were limited cooking utensils, but we made do. Bed was comfortable, but the room was poorly ventilated. Shower was great. Very reasonable price.
Lovely place. The doorman was superb. Welcomed me at 11 pm upon my arrival and walked me to the unit. Supercool guy. Overall the stay was good. The in-unit washer/dryer proved very helpful and the location of the building is excellent; walking distance to restaurants supermarket, gym facilities, dry-cleaning service and likely other amenities that was not yet in need of throughout my 2-day stay. Gabriel, the property owner/manager stayed in constant to ensure all needs were met.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location
Disliked: Communication
The room was clean, it was located in a great spot, and the decor was nice enough. There's potential here, but so many issues that impacted our stay.First things first: host communication. The room has a small patio and the door locks automatically from the inside when you close the patio door. So we immediately got locked into the patio. We called the two phone numbers provided to us dozens of times and messaged the host with no answer. Ultimately, we had to bang on the door to make enough noise for the upstairs neighbour to notice and help us. Another thing, I asked for an additional roll of toilet paper and was told that we could have 2 rolls per 2 weeks. I have never been denied toilet paper. There's a coffee maker, but no coffee. There's a space heater but it's broken, and it did get cold. The tv remote doesn't work, the tv sound quality is garbage. The whole room is so damp, in fact leaving my passport in the wardrobe causes it to wrap and bend because of the dampness. The bathroom has no ventilation, so it's extra damp in there with mold and mildew. You get one towel each, but they will never dry after use because it's so damp. The kitchen has the most barebones utensils, scissors not included. That's about it! It was not my worst stay but I wouldn't stay here again. I suppose you get your money's worth.
Great ground level studio apartment. It's situated in the back of the building so it feels really safe, secluded and quiet. The location is perfect! Easy to walk to lots of great restaurants, parks, or hop on public transit. The doormen are friendly and communication with the property manager was easy. The unit feels bigger than its pictures - which was a great surprise! Plus there is a washer and dryer in the unit. The bed is big and pretty comfortable. Firm mattress.Wifi - good. No problems being on video calls and the table was big enough to fit us both. We worked remotely for a week.Power outlets - there are really only two available in the unit so bring a power strip if you need to plug in more than just two phones. The unit can be very dark and cold because of how it's located in the building. You only get an hour or so of sun light in the mid-afternoon. If you're looking for lots of natural light - this is not the unit for you. We had to bundle up often to be in the space for extended periods of time because it was so cold in there. But we were there in March so maybe it was just the time of year. There's no ventilation in the bathroom so you can tell the moisture can build up in the unit. There is minor wear and tear from paint peeling and what not. I don't know if we're sensitive but we both had allergies while staying in the unit. The kitchen has the bare minimum of utensils, plates and appliances which is just fine for short stays.
Location was great. Walking distance to many restaurants. Check-in process was easy and host was attentive of our stay. Very secure as well. Would definitely stay here again I’ve already recommended others to stay here as well.
We had a fantastic stay. While the loft isn't huge, it was noticeably larger than we expected and felt very comfortable throughout our visit. The location is excellent—within walking distance of great cafés, restaurants, and what is arguably the most walkable part of Mexico City. The kitchen was well stocked, the bed was comfortable, and the sofa bed worked perfectly for our family of three. Communication was easy, and the owner was responsive and helpful whenever we had questions.Overall, it was an excellent value and exactly what we were looking for. We would happily stay here again and have absolutely no complaints.
