This newly renovated condo is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy beach life! The condo is just a few blocks from the ocean, yet tucked into a quiet corner of the Shore Drive area. Maison Place is a nine-unit complex with a separate gated parking area for golf carts. This row-end condo is bright and airy with lots of windows for sunshine and a comfy screened porch. Enjoy everything that the Shore Drive area has to offer with sandy beaches, tasty restaurants, great golf courses, and shopping nearby. This home has been upgraded throughout with renovated bathrooms, tile floors, granite counters, subway tile backsplash, and cordless Venetian blinds.
