Uniqueness of the area is that is CENTRAL, SAFE, and there is a bit for everyone. If you like outdoor activity you can enjoy the Memorial park and its amenities. If you are a party person, you will definitely enjoy the restaurants and clubs Washington Ave. If you would like to focus on Downtown sightseeing and clubbing you are only 5-10 min away.
