Everything in the main house! The garage is under lock and key and no guest access.

No off-street parking or in front of the neighbor's houses across the street.

There are some additional street parking on cross streets if needed. We allow up to10 guests and only 4 vehicles on the premise. Without written consent by either host for additional vehicles, an $80 fee per vehicle will be imposed. Or if additional vehicles are parked in front of our neighbor's houses.
