Guests can enjoy easy access to a variety of dining options, including GG's Waterfront Bar and Grill and Le Tub Saloon, both of which are known for their delicious seafood and burgers. With its prime location and luxurious amenities, this home is the perfect home base for exploring all that Hollywood Lakes has to offer.

Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas, including pool, BBQ Grill, free Wi-Fi, parking (streetside), coffee maker, washer, and dryer.

The house is located in a serene, family-friendly neighborhood in central Hollywood, Florida. The entire area is quiet and peaceful, so we kindly ask you to respect the quiet hours and all the neighbors.

Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises.

The payment of an additional $500 security deposit will be required prior to your arrival. If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required. If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit. The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that have more than 5 bedrooms.
