Hi I'm Paul. My family has been welcoming guests from all over the world since the 80s. Our rooms are part of the legendary Rosegarden in Anjuna, one of the 2 first establishments in the area. I'm from Anjuna Goa, and I'll welcome you with my wife Marina, who's Austrian French. We are travel and recipe content creators and tend to our spice and fruit trees in the garden area, which are located right next to your room.

We value a clean and peaceful environment. We do not have noisy pool party areas in the near vicinity, and our garden area creates space in the property. Likewise, we condemn tightly built rooms for profit models.

What makes this property unique

A garden area with a diverse set of trees and plants, which creates coolness where your room is situated. Non-noisy neighborhood and still well located near important amenities. The room has been remodeled and fitted with standard European windows, bathroom and bedroom fixtures.
