About this property

Coveted Public House suite, food trucks & craft beer on site, walk to UNH & town

Anchor at Tideline: "Slack Tide" suite is located within the new Tideline Public House taproom/food truck court in Durham, NH, home of UNH. Try different foods and craft beer, hang out by the fire pits, then retire to your 2nd floor suite with queen size bed, livingroom/tv area, private bath, and coffee/microwave/fridge area. This central location allows easy access to the White Mountains and Seacoast. A one-of-a-kind lodging experience!
The space:
Our suites are located within a historic but updated building. This is a newly renovated space, so everything is new! The decor has a fresh seacoast vibe, is uncluttered, and should offer everything most travelers would need, plus access to on-site food trucks and taprooms!
Guest access:
You will access your lodging area via the main Public House, which is open to the public. Your keycode is private. Staff can enter the hallway leading to the suites, but your suite will be private during your stay.
Other things to note:
This is an active, in-town setting within a Public House. If you enjoy craft beer, food trucks, and a social/family-friendly atmosphere, this is the place for you! While your suite is totally private, people looking for a serene, secluded getaway may want to consider a different lodging option.

PLEASE NOTE: The Public House and food trucks are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

About the host

We grew up in New England, then lived in Bend, OR for 20+ years. We have listings in both Bend and Durham, NH. Bend is our Cascades Mountains and Deschutes River paradise, whereas Durham is a great jumping off spot for exploring the White Mountains and the NH/ME/MA seacoast. Feel free to let us know if you need any recommendations or information for our OR or NH locations. Enjoy!

Why they chose this property

Durham is a small college town that offers easy driving access to the NH Seacoast, the NH White Mountains, and NH lakes region. It also has a train station (walking distance) offering access to Boston and Maine. Our neighborhood is in town, with a Dunkin Donuts and gas station right next door, and walking distance to downtown restaurants/bars.

What makes this property unique

You can find lodging anywhere, but where can you find lodging with up to 7 food trucks on site, 3 craft beer taprooms, and a gift shop? Our property is great for singles or couples looking for an experience, not just a hotel room.
