My husband and I visited for a long weekend and appreciated having a clean place to call home that was close to everything. We spent a couple of days walking to different things to do, including the expansive Saturday morning market, that we didn't even leave the parking garage. Our host checked in via the app a couple of times to make sure we had everything we needed, which was appreciated. The kitchen had everything we needed, including an expansive coffee station. Bedding was comfortable as was the sofa. Having two restrooms was super nice for us. Parking was super close to the unit....less than a minute walk through a corridor connecting the parking garage to the building and up a half flight of stairs. The only downside for us, which is totally outside of the owner's control, was the noise of the city (just like any other city) which we were not used to while trying to sleep. She was kind enough to provide a noise machine at the nightstand to help with it. I still rate this 5-star and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this rental!

Great location and very nice suite. Access was great, some noise from the train /night life for the hearing sensitive but greatly enjoyed and will stay again if the need/opportunity arises.

I wish we could have stayed longer. Brittany had every amenity you could possibly need, it was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The layout worked so well for me and my 9 month old. We were able to pick up food from Harrys and have a quiet family dinner. It was just overall lovely. There is a little train noise, but she has provided a sound machine to help drown out the noise if it bothers you! 10/10 we will be back for future family visits.

Was attending a wedding in the area. Picked this place because it just looked interesting to me. SOOOOO glad I did, LOVED it! All the furnishings were beautiful, top notch and classy! Highly recommend and hope to go back <3

Exceptional Unit in Downtown Lakeland

Very spacious unit. The host was fantastic. entry codes and instructions were very simple. Parking in parking garage on same level is very convenient. Oversized kitchen, living room and walking closet. Washer/Dryer in unit. Blackout curtains and super comfy bed. Unit was VERY clean and has been organized and stocked perfectly. Full kitchen with 3 different coffee makers! Phone and USB plugs everywhere. Easily walk throughout downtown and the Lake Mirror area.
