About this property

Welcome to our newly remodeled 4 bedroom home in the arts district where the interior delivers clean lines/surfaces, timeless design & ageless appeal!

The backyard features a large patio, grass area, beautiful pool. Accompanied by 4 chaise Adirondack lounging chairs around a fire pit, lounge chairs by the pool, BBQ, and large out door dining table.

Some other key features are our19ft living room ceiling, new 2nd floor balcony with mountain views, 2 fireplaces & fire pit, and a wrap-around covered patio. Our home is also located directly on the historic Murphy's Bridle Path for walking daily

Outside of our neighborhood, we are very close to great golf courses, in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and The Biltmore Hotel. Not to mention, 20 minutes to the airport, 20 minutes to The Phoenix Suns and Diamondbacks, and 25 minutes from the Arizona Coyotes. Lastly, some restaurants and local owned eateries include: Postino wine café, Windsor, Federal Pizza, Joyride and ice cream spots are near by. Soon to be accompanied by our favorite OHSO Brewery (coming in March 2024!)
Basic Rental Information:
- WIFI at the property features YouTube and Smart TV.
- The pool can be heated during the Winter months when the natural pool temperature drops to lower outside air temperatures. Pool heating is optional and available for $95/day with a 3-consecutive day minimum. When heated, the temperature will be maintained at 87 degrees.
- Cleaning deposit will be $350.
- Please, no large party's or weddings since we have to be courteous of our neighbors.
- You will not be dealing with a management company you will be dealing directly with the home and property owners Dawn Johnson and Natalie Johnson.

Perfect Paradise!

Everything was perfect. The location is close and convenient to anything you could want to do. The neighborhood and people are warm and friendly. There are fruit trees in people's yards with boxes full of "free lemons" to share and a free library across the street from the house. We were sad to leave, it felt like home. The design of the house is modern, spacious, and so comfortable. There are many seating areas in an out. Lots of privacy when you want it or comfortable spots to hang out with the ones you love. The fire pit was warm, the pool was heated (for an additional fee - worth it!), there is corn hole and multiple large tvs. The kitchen is high end and everything you could possibly need is provided. We loved the luxurious linens and towels. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. The bathtub and shower in the primary suite feel like being at a spa. The sunrise from the upper balcony's were spectacular! Communication with the owners was fast, easy, and very friendly. Any questions we had were answered quickly and clearly. We HIGHLY recommend this perfect paradise!

Incredible home!

This home was beyond a five star review. The owners were quick to respond with any questions I had, the home itself was impeccably clean (and spacious!), with all brand new gorgeous furniture. It was so relaxing both inside and outside by the pool. It’s definitely a a great spot to have family or friends over for dinner to play corn hole, swim and sit by the fire pit. It’s also conveniently 20 minutes from the airport and to Scottsdale! I didn’t want to leave and I will definitely be coming back again!
