The Space:

The Phoenix is a single level cottage with 3 bedrooms, and 2 fully renovated bathrooms. It offers an open-concept living, dining and kitchen space with stunning decor and modern amenities. Take advantage of our high-speed WiFi and smart Tv for those cozy nights in! You can also enjoy a patio with outdoor dining table, and a BBQ, all looking out onto the river and surrounding nature! There is a firepit area with two very cozy Adirondack chairs. In the entrance, there is tons of space for parking at least 4 cars. The lot is so spacious for your kids to play, or for you to enjoy games with friends !



Guest Access:

Guests can enjoy the entirety of the property, it will become like your second home! An entry code will be shared a few days prior to arrival. Everything you see in the photos is at your disposal for the stay, you will be able to enjoy a fully private getaway!



The Neighborhood:

Less than 2 mins drive away is a general store with all basic needs and a small grocery option. In Saint-Jovit about 10 mins away you can find larger grocery stores, gas stations, local shopping, amazing cafés, bakeries, restaurants, pubs, and so much more!



Getting Around:

A vehicle is required to make it to the property. It is very flat and well plotted so a 4x4 or AWD is not necessary yet always recommended in the area!

Perfect location down a quiet street close to restaurants and Mont Tremblant Ski Resort! We had everything we needed with a great kitchen space to cook and plenty of space to spread out.

Lovely spot in a beautiful little town

We really enjoyed our stay at The Phoenix. It was very spacious for our small group of 6 with beds to spare. The layout was excellent for travelling with friends and family including an infant. The river is a beautiful view and the small town has everything you need and a few cute shops to explore. The stunning falls are just a short walk away. The host was great and extremely easy to reach for even the smallest of questions. Would definitely stay at one of their chalets again. Smooth and easy vacation!

We enjoyed our stay. The house felt quite a bit darker than the photos appeared, Unfortunately Mosquitos were an issue so we couldn’t comfortably spend time outside except on the river - we enjoyed paddling the river. Very unique shallow sandy river! We appreciated having bedrooms and living space on one level for my 92 yr old mother..
