It was a perfect spot to stay. The place was very clean and a nice quiet atmosphere. The location was perfect for taking local transit. The buses and c train you could see from the apartment balcony. If ever back in Calgary would definitely book again.
We stayed for 3 nights in this property.
We are grateful that we have found this gem. This property is right beside a gas station, Coop food store and fairly close to tourist attractions.
The owner Juan Lu and her assistant are very helpful and answers our questions right away.
I highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to visit Calgary.
This condo was great, it was even better than in the advertisement. The host was great, she responded to my questions immediately and she was pleasant at all time.

Overall, our stay was enjoyable. The beds were comfortable, the showers had great water pressure, the gym facility was very convenient, and the kitchen was adequately stocked. It was also fantastic to have underground, secured parking.
The cleanliness wasn't up to my standards, especially in the kitchen. I had to wipe down cupboards, counters and appliances before using them. The unit was also very hot, 27 degrees Celsius when we arrived. The notes in the welcome book said not to use the cooling system, so we opened the balcony doors to cool the place off, bringing it back down to a reasonable 21. However, within an hour the temperature crept back up to 24. (Even though we turned the heating off.) Must be because of neighboring units.
Also, the bedding was laundered with very high-fragranced detergent/softener. We brought this to the attention of the manager, and she said she would be sure to have the cleaning company change this for future guests.
Despite the issues mentioned, it was still an excellent value, a comfortable stay and in a perfect location for our purposes. Everything I mentioned is fairly easy to address, and I wouldn't deter anyone from renting this unit.
We came to Calgary for a family trip with my sister and her husband. The condo, was clean and organized and had everything we needed! The balcony was nice, and each room had there own en-suite bathroom. With us being 2 couples it was the perfect place to both have our own space! Ju-an was easy to get in contact with and was accomidating to allowing us to check in earlt when a bad storm was coming in! Was overall a great experience!
