It a good place. Cons: The interior is old, the walls are paper thin, maybe thinner, the game room requires coins to operate everything.Pros: Nice pool, hot tub, steam room, sauna. Good price. Friendly help, great views, nice kitchen.

The host was fine, the room was great. My only issue was with the person who answered the phone whenI called about the checkin process. The email I got said that I had to check in at Sunrise condo after 5pm. When I was running close to 5 pm due to my flight being delayed, I called to make sure that I could still checkin at Silverado. The person was very short and condescending telling me that front desk at Silverado was available until 11 pm. I found out when I got to Silverado that the 5pm checkin time was a leftover from summer and that it wasn’t updated! The person could have easily mentioned that instead of being rude on the phone.
