As you step through the front door, you'll be greeted by a cozy family room on your right. It's the perfect spot to unwind and relax with friends while watching a movie or engaging in lively conversations.
Moving down the hallway, you'll discover a spacious full bathroom to your right, complete with a refreshing shower and a luxurious bathtub. Just a few steps further, you'll find yourself in the expansive master bedroom. This generous space offers ample room for storing your belongings and features convenient access to the backyard through a set of elegant French doors.
As you make your way to the back of the house, you'll be delighted to find the dining room and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you need to whip up mouth-watering family dinners. The handcrafted wood table in the dining room provides a warm and inviting setting to savor your meals and create lasting memories.
Conveniently located off the kitchen, the garage offers easy access and houses the washer and dryer for your laundry needs. Step outside from the dining room, and you'll be greeted by a sprawling fully fenced yard. This outdoor oasis features a fantastic patio area, complete with a rejuvenating hot tub for your relaxation. Grill enthusiasts will be thrilled to find a barbecue grill and utensils at their disposal, perfect for enjoying delectable outdoor meals.
Heading upstairs via the staircase near the front door, you'll encounter a spacious room to your left. It features a comfortable queen bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed, providing flexible sleeping arrangements. Take a moment to retreat to the modern chair by the window, perfect for indulging in a captivating book.
Continuing your ascent, the staircase leads you to the second bathroom, offering both a shower and a tub, catering to all your bathing preferences. Adjacent to the bathroom, you'll discover the delightful third bedroom. This charming space boasts two twin-over-queen bunk beds, a convenient desk for catching up on work or correspondence, a TV for entertainment, and a dresser for all your storage needs.

We welcome 2 dogs (up to 50 lbs) in each home, but unfortunately, cats are not permitted. A $150 per pet fee will be charged. One pet must be charged at the time of booking. If additional pets will be occupying the homes, please message us and we will request additional funds after the booking is confirmed.

Guest Access:
Your sanctuary has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you with privacy and full access to the home. We'll provide the access code on the day of your arrival.

The driveway will allow for 2 cars. There is street parking.
Uber, Lyft, and Taxi are available, but driving is encouraged.
Other Things to Note:
While we strive to provide a space for relaxation and enjoyment, we also uphold a few house rules to ensure the comfort of all our guests and neighbors. Please note that this is a non-smoking property and any signs of smoking will result in a $500 charge. Parties, events, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited, and pets are limited to dogs with a required pet fee.
1. NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc., is strictly prohibited inside or around the home. Any evidence of smoking (odor, ash, etc.) will result in an automatic $500 damage charge. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside the home. Smoking marijuana in or around the home will incur a $500 fee, and details about the reservation may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
2. NO PARTIES. NO EVENTS. NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITY: As this home is situated in a residential area, we kindly request that you respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM to maintain good relations with our neighbors. Violation of quiet hours and disturbance of neighbors will lead to immediate cancellation of your reservation without eligibility for any refunds.
3. PET POLICIES: We welcome dogs (up to 50 lbs) in this home, but unfortunately, cats are not permitted. A $150 per pet fee will be charged. One pet must be charged at the time of booking. If two pets will be occupying the home, please message us and we will request an additional $150 after the booking is confirmed. Please ensure that pets are crated whenever left unattended. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and waste must be promptly cleaned up from the yard. If any evidence of pet hair on furniture, excessive hair in the home, stains, or waste is found, we reserve the right to retain the pet fee to cover costs associated with additional cleaning or pet damage.
4. SECURITY: For your safety, our homes are equipped with motion-activated EXTERIOR video cameras. There are no video recording devices located inside the home.
5. WEAPON POLICY: Guests must provide prior notice and obtain consent for any secured weapons before booking. All weapons present must be properly secured. Failure to provide notice or unauthorized possession of weapons may result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund.
6. POOL / HOT TUB / TENNIS COURT: Guests must adhere to all posted rules regarding the safe use of ameniJes such as (but not limited to) pool, hot tub, and/or tennis court. By booking this property, guests waive any liability claims against the homeowner or any affiliated property management enJty related to the use of these ameniJes, including loss, damage, injury, or death. By signing this agreement, the Tenants give permission for the Property Manager to access the Pool and/or Hot Tub every other day in order to service the amenity. The Property Manager will knock on the front door prior to accessing the backyard.
7. RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS: In the event of damage or theft of linens, furniture, or any other items, guests will be responsible for covering the costs.
8. RENTAL AGREEMENT AND ID VERIFICATION
The primary guest will be required to complete a rental agreement and submit I.D. Verification as a part of the reservation process.
9. PRE-ARRIVAL INSPECTION: Before each guest check-in, we perform a comprehensive video walkthrough of the property. This process serves a dual purpose: first, to meticulously document the home's existing condition and cleanliness, thereby protecting guests from being unfairly blamed or charged for pre-existing damage; and second, to establish a clear baseline that allows us to hold guests accountable for any damages incurred during their stay.
10. FURNITURE: Guests are prohibited from moving any furniture. If any furniture is found to have been relocated after the guest's departure, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee for associated labor.
